I recently stayed at Folk Suites in El Calafate for a couple of nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was cozy with a comfortable bed, and the wifi connection was reliable. I also appreciated the separate shower room and the delicious breakfast options offered starting at 6am. a great hotel with all the amenities I needed.

I chose Folk Suites specifically because of its proximity to Laguna Nimez Reserva Natural Municipal. I wanted to explore the beautiful natural reserve and having the hostel within walking distance was very convenient. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff at Folk Suites. The 24-hour front desk and luggage storage were particularly useful during my stay.

One staff member had a negative attitude during check-in, making it my worst hostel experience. He was rude and pushy, insisting I book tours through the hostel instead of exploring on my own.

I keep coming back for the helpful staff after an insect bite. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, laundry, and a bar. I also love the board games and billiard tables. Can't wait for my next romantic escape.
